Online Orders
Orders may be returned within 14 days of receiving your items. Please note that we do not offer an exchange service. Simply return any unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the item you would like instead.

All returned items are thoroughly inspected. To qualify for a refund, products must be unworn/unused and returned in the same condition in which they were received, including the original packaging with all labels attached. Please ensure the shoebox is protected with an additional outer layer, as the shoebox forms part of the product. Any damage may result in the return being refused.

When trying on your footwear for the first time, please take care not to crack or crease the leather upper, particularly at the front where the foot bends. We recommend trying them on a soft surface, such as carpet or a rug, to avoid marking or damaging the outsoles. We are unable to issue refunds for sneakers that show signs of creasing, wear, dirt, or if any original packaging is missing.

For convenience, we offer a DHL Easy Returns service. Please note that you will need access to a printer to use this service. We do not include return labels inside our parcels, as most are discarded.

UK Showroom Orders
Kindly be advised that we are unable to process returns in our Soho Showroom. All returns should be completed online through our online returns portal.

UK Returns Fee
£7.00 for up to 3 items returned, then £5 per additional item. Returns fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

International Returns Fee
EU - £30.00 for first item/pair plus £10 per additional item/pair.
USA - £40.00 for first item/pair plus £10 per additional item/pair.
Rest of World - £40.00 for first item/pair plus £10 per additional item/pair.

Please note international sales tax, customs duties and outbound shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Please allow up to 5 working days for us to process your refund. Your bank or payment provider may take up to 10 working days to process the request.

EU/EEA Right of Withdrawal
EU and EEA customers have a statutory right to withdraw from their order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. You can do this online at any time using our withdrawal function at uniformstandard.com/pages/right-of-withdrawal.
