RETURNS
Orders can be returned within 30 days of receiving the items.
The package may be opened to check the contents but the product and all the original packaging material must be returned unused.
A refund cannot be given for items that have been used or if any of the original packaging is missing.

Return postage costs are not covered by UNIFORM STANDARD.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
Drop us an email at info@uniformstandard.com with your name and order number requesting a return and we will send you a unique authorisation return code.

Write this code on the bottom of the returns address label supplied.
Repack in original packaging and attach the returns address label. Please not the label is not pre-paid. You will need to pay for the returns postage cost.

To ensure the safe arrival of your return, we strongly recommend you send via a tracked/signed-for postal courier service.

Please retain a copy of your postal receipt as your proof of shipment.
Once we have received your return, we will process the return as soon as possible.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange to a different style, size or colour, please return your unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item. We will refund your returned item once we have received it our warehouse.

Please note we do not refund shipping fees.
