USA Shipping + Taxes

Shipping Service

Orders to the USA are shipped from the UK. We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, typically within 4-5 working days. Once your order is ready for dispatch, you’ll receive an email notification with your delivery status, and you can track your parcel directly on our website.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address. Please note that outbound shipping charges are non-refundable if your order is returned.

Customs Tariffs and Sales Tax

Customs Tariffs and Sales Tax are calculated according to your order and shipping destination and itemised on the Order Summary page. We ship to your destination on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price. There will be no additional charges payable. Please note that these costs are non-refundable.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 3:00pm (UK time), Monday to Friday, are usually dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00pm will be dispatched on the next business day. Orders placed after 3:00pm on Friday, or during weekends or UK public holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day.
