Shipping
Yes. We ship worldwide via DHL. Available shipping methods and costs are displayed at checkout based on your destination. Once despatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout when you select your shipping method. During busy periods, delivery can take longer than estimated.
It depends on the destination. For the UK, the EU, the USA, Switzerland, Norway and the Channel Islands, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and there is nothing further to pay on delivery. For most other destinations, including Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, the Gulf states and much of Asia, customs, duties and local charges are payable on arrival in the destination country. The option that applies to you is shown at checkout before you pay.
If your order hasn't been processed yet, contact us and we may be able to update the address. Once an order enters fulfilment, address changes are no longer possible.
Returns
You may return unworn items in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. Items must be undamaged, with all packaging and tags intact.
Visit our Returns page, enter your order number and email address, and follow the instructions. You'll receive a return label by email within a few minutes.
Once your return is received and processed by our warehouse, refunds are issued within 3–5 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method.
We don't offer direct exchanges. Return your item for a refund and place a new order in the correct size. If your size is sold out, contact us and we'll help where we can.
Sizing
Our sneakers are available in UK, EU and US sizing. We recommend ordering one size up from the size you normally take. That leaves around 1cm of space in front of your longest toe, which is what makes them comfortable over a full day. A fit guide and a short video are on every product page.
Our sneakers run true to size, however we suggest sizing up if you don't have at least 1cm space in front of your longest toe which results in the most comfortable fit. If you are between sizes, take the larger of the two.
Yes. Take the footbed out of a pair of shoes you already wear, lay a tape measure along its length and across its widest point, and photograph it. Email the photos to info@uniformstandard.com along with the style you are interested in, and we will tell you which size to order.
Product
All our footwear is handcrafted in northern Portugal, as it has been since 2018.
We use full-grain Italian leather from LWG Gold certified tanneries. LWG certification ensures the leather meets strict environmental and traceability standards.
Care instructions are included with every pair. Our full leather, suede and nubuck care guides are also available online at Care Guides.
We produce in deliberately limited runs. Some styles are restocked. Others are limited edition drops and will not be restocked. Use the restock alert on each product page to be notified if a sold-out size becomes available.
Payments
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Klarna. Available payment options are shown at checkout.
Yes. All transactions are processed through Shopify's encrypted payment gateway. We never store your card details.
Yes. E-gift cards are available to purchase on our website and can be used at checkout online.
Orders
An order confirmation is sent to your email address immediately after your order is placed. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.
Orders can be cancelled before they enter fulfilment. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help. Once an order is despatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
