Shipping
Yes. We ship worldwide via DHL. Available shipping methods and costs are displayed at checkout based on your destination. Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout when you select your shipping method. Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days for the UK and 5–10 days internationally.
For most destinations, applicable taxes and duties are included in the product price. Any exceptions will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your order.
If your order hasn't been processed yet, contact us and we may be able to update the address. Once an order enters fulfilment, address changes are no longer possible.
Returns
You may return unworn items in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. Items must be undamaged, with all packaging and tags intact.
Visit our Returns page, enter your order number and email address, and follow the instructions. You'll receive a return label by email within a few minutes.
Once your return is received and processed by our warehouse, refunds are issued within 3–5 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method.
We don't offer direct exchanges. Return your item for a refund and place a new order in the correct size. If your size is sold out, contact us and we'll help where we can.
Sizing
Our sneakers are available in UK, EU, and US sizing. For first orders, we recommend selecting one size up to ensure at least 1cm of space at the front. Our fit guide and video are available on each product page.
Our sneakers fit slightly narrow due to the minimalist construction. We recommend sizing up if you're between sizes or have a wider foot. If you're unsure, contact us for personal fit advice.
Yes. Contact our team before purchasing and we'll help you find the right size based on your foot measurements and the style you're interested in.
Product
All our sneakers are handcrafted at Eurovilde in Felgueiras, Portugal — a family-run workshop we've worked with since 2018.
We use full-grain Italian leather from LWG Gold certified tanneries. LWG certification ensures the leather meets strict environmental and traceability standards.
Wipe with a damp cloth to remove surface dirt. Use a quality leather conditioner every few months to keep the leather supple. Avoid prolonged exposure to water and direct sunlight.
We produce in deliberately limited runs. Some styles are restocked, others are retired. Use the restock alert on each product page to be notified if a sold-out size becomes available.
Payments
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Available payment options are shown at checkout.
Yes. All transactions are processed through Shopify's encrypted payment gateway. We never store your card details.
Yes. E-gift cards are available to purchase on our website and can be used at checkout online.
Orders
An order confirmation is sent to your email address immediately after your order is placed. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.
Orders can be cancelled before they enter fulfilment. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
