Our knowledgeable team provides personalised fittings to help you find the perfect sneaker series to match your style, with all orders placed in-store for home delivery or in-store collection.

Showroom Delivery & Returns

UK Shipping: Orders placed in-store are fulfilled and despatched from our warehouse within 2-3 working days and shipped to any UK address free of charge. Delivery time is 1-2 working days.

Collect from Showroom: Orders may be collected from our Marshall Street showroom after 2 working days of placing your order.

Returns: Kindly be advised that we are unable to process returns in our Soho Showroom. All returns should be completed online through our returns portal.

Orders may be returned within 14 days of receiving your items. Please note that we do not offer an exchange service. Simply return any unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the item you would like instead.

All returned items are thoroughly inspected. To qualify for a refund, products must be unworn/unused and returned in the same condition in which they were received, including the original packaging with all labels attached. Please ensure the shoebox is protected with an additional outer layer, as the shoebox forms part of the product. Any damage may result in the return being refused.

UK Returns Fee: £6.00 for up to 3 items returned, then £5 per additional item. The returns fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
