Shipping Service

All orders are shipped from the UK. We aim to deliver your order within 5–7 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an SMS notification with your tracking details, and you can monitor your delivery at any time through our website.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address. Please note that outbound shipping charges are non-refundable if your order is returned.

Customs Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped may be subject to customs duties, taxes or other import charges, depending on the value of your order and import regulations.

By placing an order, you agree to pay any applicable customs duties, taxes and clearance fees. These charges are determined by your local Customs office and are collected by the carrier prior to or upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing your order if you are unsure whether additional charges will apply.

If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, you will remain responsible for all associated costs, including:

Original shipping charges
Return shipping costs
Customs duties and taxes
Carrier handling or clearance fees

These charges will be deducted from any refund due.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 3:00pm (UK time), Monday to Friday, are usually dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00pm, at weekends or on UK public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
