By visiting this Website and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional Terms of Service and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Website, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content which together with our privacy policy govern Uniform Standard’s relationship with you in relation to this Website. If you disagree with any part of these Terms of Service, please do not use our Website.

The term “you”,“your”, "visitor" or “consumer” means a person that consumes products as a customer for personal use and consumption, and an individual acting in the course of a profession or business. The term “products” refers to products and services sold by Uniform Standard.

Product Availability and Delivery
Although availability may be indicated on the Website we cannot always guarantee product availability and therefore may not be immediately available for delivery. We reserve the right to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.  We may, at our discretion, offer to ship products which have similar design and specifications to the products ordered or alternatively we cancel your order.  We will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday) of order confirmation except during force majeure situations that may occur during the dispatch process.  Wherever possible, we will try to deliver all ordered products at the same time however we reserve the right to separate your order if part of your order is delayed or unavailable.

Colour Rendering
Whilst we take all reasonable efforts to render product colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will accurately reflect this. We cannot be held responsible for any limitations of the equipment you use to view our Website and cannot guarantee that your equipment’s display of any colour, texture, or detail of merchandise will be accurate/the same as the actual product.

Order Process and Agreement
Orders placed through our Website can only be placed if you are at least 18 years of age; are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and you are a 'consumer' (being an individual purchasing the products outside the course of his or her business or trade). All items you order are to be for your own private and domestic use and strictly not for resale. You confirm and agree not to use any products for commercial, business or re-sale purposes when purchasing from us. Uniform Standard may still cancel your order by reasons mentioned in these Terms and Condition prior to the dispatch of your order, for example if products are unavailable, due to non-payment by you, or due to a force majeure event on our side

Prices and Payments
The prices displayed on the Website will be quoted in your local currency based on geographic location. If delivery is to the UK and the Europe, all prices shown include duties and taxes but exclude shipping. If delivery costs are applicable, they will be displayed during the checkout process. For customers outside UK and Europe, additional charges may apply.
 
Despite our best efforts, some products may be listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or systems error. We reserve the right to review and change product prices on the Website at any time without notice and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price, whether or not the order(s) has/ve been confirmed and your card/PayPal account charged. If your card/PayPal account has already been charged for such a purchase and your order is cancelled, we will issue a refund to your card/PayPal account (as applicable) in the amount of the incorrect price. 
 
Payments are subject to authorization and validation checks done by the payment service provider. In the event that the payment service provider does not, for any reason, authorize or validate your payment, the relevant payment provider can notify you thereof, after which Uniform Standard shall cancel your order.
 
Retention of Title
All products delivered to you remain the sole property of Uniform Standard until full payment has been received. Uniform Standard can exercise the right of retention when the consumer fails to fulfil a due and payable obligation, unless the shortcoming does not justify this retention.
 
Returns Policy
Our returns policy entitles you to return items purchased from our Website for any reason within 14 working days of receiving your order. 

All items are inspected on return. In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them. This includes the original packaging with all labels attached. If returning footwear, please ensure the shoebox is protected with an outer packaging layer. The shoebox is part of the product, therefore any damage may result in the return being refused.

To return an order please follow the return instruction which can be found online. Uniform Standard shall not bear the postage costs of returned orders unless otherwise agreed in advance by Uniform Standard.
 
We only accept returned products purchased from this Website only. Returned products may no longer qualify for any discount or special offer associated with your original order.

Nothing in our returns policy affects your statutory rights. Your rights under our returns policy are in addition to your cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
 
Guarantee
Uniform Standard guarantees that its products meet the required commercial standards that are necessary for normal use. The following is not considered as normal use of any Uniform Standard products and therefore the following is not covered by our warranty:
 
- The natural breakdown of colours, finishes and materials through use over time.
- Excessive exposure to water and wet conditions.
- Excessive exposure to heat.
- Using our products for any sporting activities. 
- Wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party
- Use of chemicals or sharp object on our products.
- Alterations or repairs of our products by you or a third party.
- Neglect or improper storage of our products.
- Lack of care, cleaning and maintenance and not following wash & care instructions.
- Damage caused through impact, and wear against abrasive surfaces.
- Damage caused through improper or inadequate fit.

Complaints concerning defective product must be submitted to Uniform Standard as soon as possible and no later than one week after discovery thereof.  You must return the defective product to Uniform Standard in accordance with the returns policy. Uniform Standard will replace the product if, upon inspection, it is found to have a manufacturing defect, provided that the product is still available. If a product is not available and you don’t accept a similar product, Uniform Standard will at its own discretion provide you with a gift card for the same price or alternatively reimburse the price of the defective product plus all postage costs. Uniform Standard’s guarantee does not cover damages of a product if the damages are resulting from the actions or negligence of consumers.

Limitation of Liability
Without prejudice to any other articles of these Terms of Service, if a product fails to meet the specifications, your rights and Uniform Standard’s liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order shall be limited to the total price of your order.

In no case shall Uniform Standard, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
