The German Army Trainer is one of the most enduring silhouettes in sneaker history. The Series 3 is the Uniform Standard interpretation and a cleaner, more considered take on the original GAT, stripped of everything that does not belong.

Made from LWG Gold certified full-grain Italian tumbled calf leather with a suede toecap and heel counter, fully lined in Italian calf leather throughout and finished on a custom recycled rubber cupsole with sidewall stitch construction. A sneaker that only improves with age.

How to Find Your Size

Take a pair of sneakers that already fit comfortably and remove the internal footbed.

Measure the footbed from the front edge to the back of the heel in millimetres.

Compare this measurement with the size chart below.

If your measurement falls between two sizes, choose the larger size.

If you have particularly wide or narrow feet, measure the footbed width at its widest point.

For the most accurate result, measure a similar leather-lined sneaker whenever possible.

Important Fit Advice

Your internal footbed should always be longer than your actual foot. We recommend allowing approximately 10mm of space in front of your longest toe for optimum comfort.

If your current sneakers leave less than 10mm of space, or if you are between sizes or have a wider foot, we recommend selecting the next size up.

Fabric sneakers can comfortably be worn with slightly less space than leather styles because they have fabric lining.

Sneakers that are too small can compress the heel padding and reduce comfort.

Foot volume is often overlooked. Fully loosening the laces before trying on your sneakers can improve comfort across the midfoot.
