Orders can be returned within 14 days of receiving the items.
Return postage costs are not covered by Uniform Standard because as a brand we do not build in the cost of so-called "free returns" upfront into our retail prices. We feel this unfairly penalises those customers who decide to keep their purchase.
Important
When trying on your sneakers please be careful not to crack or crease the leather upper especially at the front where the foot bends. Please try them on a soft surface like a carpet or rug so as not to damage or soil the bottom of the outsoles. We cannot offer a refund for sneakers that show signs of creasing, wear or dirt or if any of the original packaging is missing.
You can choose to return using your own postal service or we offer a convenient DHL Easy Returns service with discounted rates that is the safest and quickest way to return your order.
In order to use our DHL Easy Returns service you will need to have access to a printer to print the return label. We do not provide return labels inside our parcels because most are thrown away wasting precious paper resource.
