How to measure

Take a pair of sneakers that already fit you well and remove the internal footbed.

With a soft tape measure, measure the footbed from the front edge to the back of the heel in millimetres.

Find the closest measurement in the size chart below.

If your measurement falls between two sizes, choose the larger size. Our width fitting is standard. If you have particularly wide or narrow feet, measure the footbed width at its widest point and compare with the chart.

Fit notes

Allow 10mm of space Your footbed should always be longer than your foot. Allow approximately 10mm in front of your longest toe. If your current sneakers leave less than this, take the next size up.

Measure a leather pair Fabric sneakers flex more and can be worn with slightly less space than leather. For the most accurate result, measure from a leather‑lined pair whenever possible.

Do not size down Sneakers that are too small compress the heel padding and reduce long‑term comfort.

Foot volume Often overlooked. Fully loosening the laces before trying on your sneakers can improve comfort across the midfoot.
