Shipping Service
We offer various shipping services. You will receive an SMS notification of your delivery status and an email with a link so that you can track your parcel through our website.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Outbound shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Order Processing
Orders placed before 3pm GMT on a business day we aim to ship the same day, providing there are no problems with checkout and the stock is available. Orders placed after 3pm GMT will be shipped the next business day. Business days are Monday-Friday. Next working day orders despatched on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday. Orders placed on Fridays after 3pm GMT will be shipped on the following Monday.

VAT
All prices shown for orders shipped to the UK include VAT at 20%. There are no additional duties or fees to pay.
