Thinking of purchasing a Christmas gift ? Don’t worry, any purchases made from the 1st December 2024 up to and including the 18th December 2024 will be covered under our extended Christmas returns policy. We will be happy to refund any items purchased between these dates if they are returned on or before Friday 10th January 2025.

We help to arrange your return with our Easy Returns Service.
You can schedule a pick-up from your home/office or drop off your return at a Service Point.
The cost of this service is £10.00 per first item/pair then £5 per additional item/pair which will be deducted from your final refund amount.
This service ensures that your items are guaranteed to arrive safely back with us and you will incur no additional charges.

You can also choose to use your own postal service to return your items.
We strongly recommend that you use a tracked service to ensure safe arrival of your items.

International Easy Returns
We help to arrange your return with our Easy Returns Service.

The cost of this service is £40 per item/pair (+ £10 for each additional item/pair) which will be deducted from your final refund amount. Please note outbound shipping costs, sales tax and duties are non-refundable.
