If you wish to exchange to a different style, size or colour, please return your unwanted item and simply place a new order for the desired item. Please ensure you return your item within the 14-day returns window.

All items are inspected thoroughly on return. In order to receive a refund, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them. This includes the original packaging with all labels attached. Please ensure the shoebox is protected with an outer packaging layer. The shoebox is part of the product, therefore any damage may result in the return being refused.

Important
When trying on your sneakers the first time, please be careful not to crack or crease the leather upper especially at the front where the foot bends. Please try them on a soft surface like a carpet or rug so as not to damage or soil the bottom of the outsoles.

We cannot offer a refund for sneakers that show signs of creasing, wear or dirt or if any of the original packaging is missing.

Returns Cost 
Return postage costs are not covered by Uniform Standard because we do not build in the cost of "free returns" upfront into our retail prices. We feel this unfairly penalises those customers who decide to keep their purchase.

Shipping Options 
You can choose to return using your own postal service, or we offer a convenient  DHL Easy Returns service with discounted rates that is the safest and quickest way to return your order. In order to use this service you will need to have access to a printer to print the label. We do not provide return labels inside our parcels because most are thrown away.

UK DHL Easy Returns
£10.00 per first item/pair then £5 per additional item/pair.

International DHL Easy Returns
£40.00 per first item/pair then £10 per additional item/pair. Please note international sales tax, customs duties and outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.
