Shipping Service
International orders are shipped from the UK.  We aim to deliver your sneakers in the quickest time usually in 5-7 working days. Once your order is ready for despatch you will receive an SMS notification of your delivery status and you can track your parcel through our website.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Outbound shipping charges, duties and taxes are non-refundable. 

Order Processing
Orders placed before 3pm GMT on a business day we aim to ship the same day, providing there are no problems with checkout and the stock is available. Orders placed after 3pm GMT will be shipped the next business day. Business days are Monday-Friday. Orders placed on Fridays after 3pm GMT will be shipped on the following Monday. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes
All international orders are shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). Customs fees, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. VAT is charged at 0% on international sales at checkout.  When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs fees, duties or taxes levied by your destination country. Any applicable fees will be collected by the carrier before delivery.
