USA Shipping + Taxes

Shipping Service
Orders to the USA are shipped from the UK. We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, typically within 4-5 working days. Once your order is ready for dispatch, you’ll receive an email notification with your delivery status, and you can track your parcel directly on our website.

Shipping, Customs Duties and Taxes
The shipping price you pay includes all shipping costs, customs duties, sales tax, and administrative fees. These charges are calculated based on the order value and will be displayed at checkout. No additional payments will be required after this. Please note that these costs are non-refundable.

Order Processing
Orders placed before 3pm GMT on a business day will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3pm GMT will be shipped the next business day. Our business days are Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 3pm GMT on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday.
