Returns
Orders can be returned within 14 days of receiving the items. All items are inspected thoroughly on return. In order to receive a refund, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them. This includes the original packaging with all labels attached. Please ensure the shoebox is protected with an outer packaging layer. The shoebox is part of the product, therefore any damage may result in the return being refused.
When trying on your sneakers the first time, please be careful not to crack or crease the leather upper especially at the front where the foot bends. Please try them on a soft surface like a carpet or rug so as not to damage or soil the bottom of the outsoles.
We cannot offer a refund for sneakers that show signs of creasing, wear or dirt or if any of the original packaging is missing.
We offer a convenient DHL Easy Returns service. In order to use this service you will need to have access to a printer to print the label. We do not provide labels inside our parcels because most are thrown away.
UK Returns Fee
£5.00 for up to 3 items returned, then £5 per addtional item. Returns fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
International Returns Fee
£40.00 per first item/pair then £10 per additional item/pair. Please note international sales tax, customs duties and outbound shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
