Thinking of purchasing a pair of Uniform Standard sneakers as a Christmas gift for someone this year ? Don’t worry, any purchases made from Sunday 1st November 2020 up to and including Sunday 20th December 2020 will be covered under our extended Christmas returns policy. We will be happy to refund or exchange any sneakers purchased between these dates if they are returned on or before Friday 28th January 2021.
When trying on your sneakers please be careful not to crack or crease the leather upper especially at the front where the foot bends. Please try them on a soft surface like a carpet or rug so as not to damage the bottom of the outsoles. We cannot offer a refund for sneakers that show signs of wear or if any of the original packaging is missing.
How to make a return
Drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number requesting a return and we will send you a unique Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) code. Repack in original packaging and send your package back to us at :

Please note return postage costs are not covered by Uniform Standard. To ensure the safe arrival of your return, we strongly recommend you send via a tracked/signed-for postal courier service. Please retain a copy of your postal receipt as your proof of shipment. Once we have received your return, we will process the return as soon as possible.
If you wish to exchange to a different style, size or colour, please return your unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item. We will refund your returned item once we have received it our warehouse. Please note we do not refund shipping fees for exchanges.
Please note: The normal 30 day returns policy will re-commence for any sneakers purchased from Monday 21st December 2020.
