Refund policy

Orders can be returned within 14 days of receiving the items. The package may be opened to check the contents but the product and all the original packaging material must be returned in unused condition.

Important
When trying on your sneakers please be careful not to crack or crease the leather upper especially at the front where the foot bends. Please try them on a soft surface like a carpet or rug so as not to damage the bottom of the outsoles.
We cannot offer a refund for sneakers that show signs of wear or if any of the original packaging is missing.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange to a different style, size or colour, please return your unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item. We will refund your returned item once we have received it our warehouse.

Please note we do not refund shipping fees.
