EU Shipping + Taxes

Shipping Service
EU orders are shipped from the UK. Once your order is ready for despatch you will receive an SMS notification of your delivery status and you can track your parcel through our website. 

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Delivery Time 5-7 working days. Outbound shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Customs Duty and Sales Taxes 
Sales tax and duties are included in the price that you pay.
There are no additional duties, taxes or fees to pay before delivery. 

Order Processing
Orders placed before 3pm GMT on a business day we aim to ship the same day. Orders placed after 3pm GMT will be shipped the next business day. Business days are Monday-Friday. Orders placed on Fridays after 3pm GMT will be shipped on the following Monday.
